The Mathews Land Conservancy
We manage and protect crucial lands for the benefit of Mathews County residents and visitors. We are dedicated to making the area’s waterways and natural lands accessible to the entire community and its visitors, so that all can enjoy the very qualities that make Mathews County a natural resource.
Our goal is to acquire and develop properties that enrich the public through environmental preservation, hands-on experience and education. Our focus is to beautify and enhance the community while positively stimulating business and preserving local history and culture.
